At Snap Send Solve, we are thrilled to unveil the exceptional winners of our 2026 Solver of the Year Awards. It's our pleasure to shine a spotlight on the outstanding Solvers who have made a positive impact across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand this year.
We carefully collected and analysed data from both Snaps and ratings from the past year, awarding winners only when the criteria were met. Join us in celebrating the remarkable achievements of these Solvers who have gone above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in their communities.
This award is extra special because it comes straight from the users on the ground reporting issues in their local area. Thousands of Snappers cast their votes to recognise the Solvers who have truly made a difference in their shared spaces.
These outstanding Solvers earned top honours by achieving the highest percentage of Snap status updates and receiving stellar communication star ratings from their communities.
This award celebrates the Solvers with the highest percentage of Snappers in their community, showcasing their commitment to empowering residents to create real change in their communities.
These Solvers achieved the highest rankings in our Community Satisfaction Index. By combining thousands of resident surveys with real-time data on resolution speed and quality, these winners have set the benchmark for excellence in local service and community trust.
