November: New Solver experience, plus an updated APINovember: New Solver experience, plus an updated API

This month, we’re excited to release our latest API, giving you access to richer Snap data and more actions directly from your existing systems. It’s all about helping your team stay connected and in control, without extra steps.

And coming on the 1st of December: a refreshed Solver experience, redesigned to make managing Snaps faster, clearer and easier, especially for teams working in the Portal every day.

New Solver Experience

Release date: 1st December 2025

We’ve redesigned the Solver Portal to make triaging and managing reports faster, clearer and easier for your team, especially those using it every day.

Here’s what’s changing:

A new split-view layout

Quickly manage Snaps with less clicking. You’ll see the list view and report details side-by-side, so it’s easier to stay in flow and act faster, without switching between tabs. You can always toggle back to the standard list view using the tab in the top right corner.

Smarter filtering and sorting

A new expandable filter panel lets you easily see which filters are applied, without interrupting your workflow. Expand the panel to view all available filter types, and quickly sort reports by date created or last updated to find what you need, faster.

Plus a preview of AI-powered priority labelling

Snaps can now display a priority label: High, Medium, Low, helping your team focus on the most important issues first.

When enabled, our AI assigns a priority as soon as a Snap is submitted, using signals like description, image, location, and additional questions. This means your team can spot urgent reports at a glance and act faster.

You’re still in control. Solvers can manually change a Snap’s priority at any time while it’s active. Every update is tracked, giving your team flexibility with full transparency.

API Update

Release date: 17th November 2025

Our latest API is available next week, giving you access to richer Snap data and more report actions, all from within your existing request management system.

Here’s a rundown of the data now supported:

○ Snapper actions (Solved, Cancelled, Rated, Nudged)

○ Videos added

○ Duplicates matched

○ Sensitivity flags

Access to API V3 may depend on your current setup. Existing integrations won’t be affected unless you choose to upgrade.
