Snap Send Solve made it to prime time! In a live segment on 9 News Melbourne, reporter Isabel Quinlan revealed the results of our Community Satisfaction Index and gave a big shout-out to one of Victoria’s standout councils.
Broadcast from Nunawading, the segment crowned City of Whitehorse as Victoria’s top-performing council, scoring a nearly 67% satisfaction rating. That places Whitehorse third nationwide, right up there with the best of the best.

The Index, powered by real Snap Send Solve ratings, digs into the nitty-gritty of local life, think parking pains, rubbish overflow, graffiti, dodgy footpaths and more. And Whitehorse, it turns out, is getting a lot of it right.
But it wasn’t just praise all around.
NSW councils landed at the bottom of the rankings with a score around 60%, below the national average, and copped a cheeky on-air nudge from Isabel:
“Time to pull up their socks.”
