A FREE phone app that enables authorities and their customers to identify and solve community issues processed nearly 200 reports to Hawkesbury Council last year.
The app, called Snap Send Solve, allows residents to ‘snap’ a picture of a Council-related issue in their neighbourhood, and send it along to the authorities.
It processed to Hawkesbury Council 187 reports relating to parking, dumped rubbish, road issues and more in the Hawkesbury area.
There were also 32 reports sent in to other authorities.
