Snap Send Solve has been featured in Inside Local Government, in an article highlighting the results of the inaugural Community Satisfaction Index, and the City of Mandurah’s rise to the top.
The Index ranked Mandurah as Australia’s best-performing council, with a score of 67.4%, based on responses from over 13,700 residents and nearly 70,000 Snap Send Solve users. That’s a big result driven by local voices, and Snappers like you.

- Most reported categories: Rubbish & Bins, Parking & Cars, Abandoned Trolleys, and Graffiti & Vandalism.
- WA councils collectively scored 62.7%, above the national average of 61.2%.
