Snap Send Solve made it to the airwaves with our CEO, Danny Gorog, joining Bill McDonald live on 4BC Brisbane to break down the results of the inaugural Community Satisfaction Index and how Queensland councils performed.
Danny shared that the Index draws from nearly a quarter of a million reports submitted by Australians via Snap Send Solve over the past year, plus a nationwide survey of over 14,000 residents.
Queensland Highlights:
- Sunshine Coast Council topped the state rankings
- Bundaberg Regional Council and Brisbane City Council came in second and third
- Cairns, Gladstone, Fraser Coast, Rockhampton, Toowoomba, Noosa, and Logan rounded out Queensland’s top 10
- Queensland matched the national satisfaction average of 61.2%

Residents in Queensland rated roads as their top priority (55.7%), ahead of footpaths, cycling infrastructure, and parks and gardens, slightly different from the top concerns in other states.
The Index is based on post-report ratings from Snappers; covering satisfaction, speed to solve and communication, and then combined with broad community feedback to give a true picture of local council performance in the state and nationwide.
