We were pretty chuffed to see Snap Send Solve featured in a recent article by Coast Live, covering the City of Mandurah’s big win in the Snap Send Solve Community Satisfaction Index.

The article highlights Mandurah’s top spot as Australia’s best-performing local government, based on a score of 67.4 %. It also explains how the ranking was based on feedback from both local residents and Snap Send Solve users across the country.

We’re especially proud to see our Snapper community recognised for the huge part they play in making all this happen.As our CEO, Danny Gorog, put it:

“This report is only possible because of the nearly one million Snap Send Solve users – we call them Snappers – who take the time to photograph and report issues that they see so councils and other service providers – the Solvers – can quickly and more effectively respond.”

Every Snap helps paint a clearer picture of how services are delivered, and shows just how valuable community input can be.
