Announcing the winners of the 2023 Solver of The Year Awards

At Snap Send Solve, we are thrilled to unveil the exceptional winners of our 2023 Solver of the Year Awards. It's our pleasure to shine a spotlight on the outstanding Solvers who have made a positive impact across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand this year.

We carefully collected and analysed data from both Snaps and ratings throughout 2023, awarding winners only when criteria were met. Join us in celebrating the remarkable achievements of these Solvers who have gone above and beyond to make a meaningful difference in their communities.

Snapper’s Choice Award

This was a fun one! Thousands of Snappers voted after we put the call out to our Snapper community, asking them to vote on the Solvers that particularly impressed them in 2023.

Customer Experience Award

These Solvers achieved the highest percentage of Snap status updates combined with the highest overall communication star rating.

Community Engagement Award

These Solvers have the highest percentage of Snappers relative to population size.

Inclusive Excellence Award

These winning Solvers had the highest solve rate for accessibility-related incident types, such as the Accessibility category and damaged pavements.
