When I started Snap Send Solve, all I was focused on was creating an easy way to contact my local council about a broken swing. I had gone to the park with my son one afternoon and when I told him he couldn’t go on the swing, it’s safe to say, he wasn’t too happy.
It felt like an opportunity to make dealing with councils, utilities and anyone responsible for looking after our communities as easy as possible.
I never dreamed that it would be a tool used by thousands of people everyday to keep cities, suburbs and streets across Australia and New Zealand clean, safe and beautiful.
And now, thanks to our dedicated community of Snappers, large network of Solvers and a humble but mighty team, we’ve been able to make a difference in thousands of communities.
I’m so grateful to everyone who has used, shared and supported our app. I really believe it only takes a few taps to make our communities accessible and enjoyable for all.
