Introducing Danny, our CEO. A broken swing during a park visit with his kids inspired him to create Snap Send Solve. "To this day I always Snap playground equipment when I take my kids to the park." He leads our team with passion and positivity, and no surprise here - he's the top contributor to the office leaderboard for Snaps.

Meet Amelie, the Quality Assurance Engineer who ensures perfection in every line of code. Amelie’s favourite place in the world is New Zealand's beauty and her favourite food is ice cream. Amelie's dedication ensures smooth sailing for every software launch.

Andrew, our Solver superhero, swiftly tackles any customer issue. He's particularly bothered by dumped rubbish and uses Snap Send Solve to report it. Outside work, he indulges his love for travel during his spare time, exploring new places and cultures.

Drawing on his background in architecture, Avi brings his passion for public space and community-building to all things product at Snap Send Solve. Avi's experience fuels his enthusiasm for creating intuitive, user-first experiences to improve the safety and enjoyment of our shared spaces.

Carlos is the friendly voice behind the screen. He’s here to solve your problems with patience and a smile. From troubleshooting to investigating your concerns, he’s got your back, ensuring all our Snappers are satisfied.

Chris excels at designing our app and analysing data. As an avid cyclist, he understands the dangers of potholes firsthand. "Having hit my fair share of potholes, I know how important smooth roads are for riders and drivers." Chris brings both expertise and experience to our team.

Meet Claire, our Backend Developer with a passion for tech. When she's not diving deep into code, you'll find her daydreaming about the snowy landscapes. Claire brings her positive attitude to every line of code.

Meet Jamie, our awesome Operations Lead, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. His favourite issue to Snap is graffiti. When not optimising operations, Jamie treats himself to tiramisu or shoots some hoops.

Introducing Jess, our Head of Commercial. When she's not strategising on the latest big-picture issue, she's hanging out with her dog, Rocky, or Snapping dumped rubbish issues in her neighbourhood. With her legal smarts and eye for detail, Jess brings productivity and compassion to the team.

Meet Julie, our Marketing expert. When she's not busy planning our next big marketing move, she's pampering her greyhound, Freddie. Julie takes photos of pavement problems, so our local streets stay accessible for everyone.

Junchi, our Front End Developer, loves all things tech. With amazing coding skills, he adds his own flair to everything he works on. When he's not busy tweaking designs, you might find him in the boxing ring!

If you're on our mailing list, you might know Nina! Nina Snaps abandoned shopping trolleys on her way to work, there's a new one left behind almost every day. When she's not working, she enjoys vintage shopping and visiting local thrift stores.

Introducing Trev, our Sydney based Sales whiz. When he's not helping would-be Solvers discover Snap Send Solve, you'll catch him teeing off on the golf course or watching NRL. With a love for tiramisu and cruising the open ocean, Trev brings great energy to our team.
