Your organisation may not want to make all incident types public.


Snap Send Solve allows you to make incident types private. Only app users with access to your organisation’s unique code will be able to see and use Private Incidents.


This supports your organisation in a number of ways, for instance you can internally define different work flows for employee reports or simply you can set up incidents that you don’t want the general public to be able to report on.
