City of Ballarat trials new system to improve customer experience
Since the City of Ballarat launched Snap Send Solve in 2022, Snaps received have increased exponentially.
Now in 2023, the City of Ballarat has appointed a Digital and Emerging Customer Experience Officer, who is dedicated to updating Snappers on the actions taken by council.
Anyone who has a Snap sent to the City of Ballarat marked as ‘Solved’ will now receive communications from the Digital and Emerging Customer Experience Officer. They will listen to your feedback and actively review the customer service satisfaction.
