Reporting from Home with Snap Send Solve

The Snap Send Solve app allows you to report from home, work and almost anywhere else you can access the internet. 

Just Snap a photo of the issue when you’re on the go with your phones camera app; the location of the issue will automatically save alongside the photo. 

After opening the app and starting a report, simply select ‘Use location of photo from gallery’ in the bottom left corner of the map. The location of the image will be used to provide a list of the Incident Types in the area, as an added bonus the image will ready for you in the next step of the report.
