Glenfield resident Mary Attard is on a mission to help tidy up and improve her community.
Ms Attard regularly uses the Snap Send Solve app when she spots issues such as abandoned shopping trolleys or excessive rubbish on the street.
The app allows her to take a photo of an incident and file a quick description. The report is then passed on to local councils or authorities such as Sydney Water.
Ms Attard said she first heard about the app while watching a television program about 18 months ago.
